With a strong track record in business transformation, growth acceleration, and strategy, I bring a unique blend of experience across startups, scale-ups, private equity-backed enterprises, and large corporate environments. My career spans strategic consulting at BCG, leading growth and GTM strategies in high-growth tech businesses, and successfully scaling and selling a company to a private equity-backed group.

I led all commercial activities—including marketing, sales, BDR, and partnerships—for Awingu, contributing to its successful sale to Alludo, a KKR-backed software group. This experience reflects a balanced approach to managing commercial initiatives and strategic growth.

Having worked at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership, I understand what it takes to drive sustainable success. This is why I founded MCS—to help B2B tech companies navigate growth, scale effectively, and unlock their full potential. My hands-on approach ensures that businesses not only define the right strategy but also execute it with precision.
